When housing is unstable, everything else becomes harder. MOSS supports people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or facing barriers to maintaining safe, longer-term housing.

Across this area, support includes case management, practical planning, service linkages and help working toward greater housing stability.

Current MOSS housing-focused programs include TOST and the Hume Transitional Support Program.

TOST supports individuals and families across the North East Melbourne Area catchment, including people in transitional housing and people with vulnerable tenancies, while the Hume Transitional Support Program provides medium to long-term support focused on barriers to obtaining and maintaining housing.
